BIOLOGICAL HAZARD CONTROL BY USED OF MECHANICAL AIR VENTILATION WITH ANTIBACTERIAL FILTER

چکیده
Kualitas udara dalam ruangan dengan bersih sebagai salah satu faktor dasar dapat diperoleh ventilasi yang memadai. Penggunaan mesin dilengkapi bio filter akan meningkatkan pengendalian polutan biologis. Mesin mekanik dibuat berukuran 32 cm x 3,25 60 menggunakan exhaust fan bertegangan 220 Volt, frekuensi 50Hz, putaran motor 1250 RPM, volume angin (CFM) speed keluar 450 CFM suhu 25 OC, 2 AC cabin mobil cairan antibakteri dari filtrat daun sirih hijau dan pengkabut cairan. Berdasarkan hasil uji kualitas kimia biologi pada lapis terdapat perbedaan kadar CO2 dihasilkan sangat signifikan jumlah koloni dibawah ambang batas 1000 CFU/m3 untuk jamur 700 bakteri.
